... and I want pizza. Why don't my kids eat it? Domino's does a chicken and chips one that I'm desperate to try. Dammit. I'd order in if I could. Now I have to go make pasta and cheese sauce again instead *sigh*

Note to self: Pizza at the weekend.

Some days I don't think they are from this planet. N1D will eat cheeselover's from Pizza Hut, but doesn't seem interested in much else, and LF won't eat it at all. N2D is alright about it, she's my best eater. Funnily enough, they all eat McD's... to one degree or another.

I don't think they could do pizza without chicken toppings in this country, although we're basically just a bunch of carnivores!!! Good luck with the diet! Does "South Beach Diet" mean you get to go to the beach and watch the cute dudes strolling by when you're done with it?

This is a kiwi fruit.

You can't put it on pizza, but it is very good.

If I had to choose pizza or kiwi I would choose pizza. I could eat pizza for every meal every day of my life.

I hope you get your pizza. No one should be denied pizza.

Yes, you are right! *awards first prize* Those are Kiwifruit. I put a pic of a Kiwi bird in the comment stream on Janee's LJ! We always call kiwifruit kiwifruit in full because if you say you're eating Kiwi here, it tends to be misconstrued as "eating a very enfdangered bird that just happens to be our national symbol", which is a big no-no! Thus, we must educate our foreign friends into realising that it's scary to call kiwifruit "kiwi"!

And thus endeth today's lesson on Kiwi etiquette.

If I had to choose kiwifruit or pizza, I'd choose pizza too - right on, brutha!

From this day forward I will call kiwi by it's proper name - kiwifruit! I didn't even realize there was a bird called a kiwi, though, but I'm glad that you educated me. Now, my next question is do kiwi birds eat kiwifruit?

Does Karl Urban, who is also Kiwi, eat kiwifruit?

No, Kiwi (Maori has no 's' thus the plural is the same as the singular) don't eat kiwifruit! it's called kiwifruit because it's round and fuzzy like a Kiwi!

I imagine Karl does, but I don't know. (Don't tell her you know as it's TOP SEKRIT, but I've given Janee the mission of finding pictorial evidence!)
