Full moon tonight. If skies are clear, take a look.

Not quite sure what was going on at Panera today, but yeah, my Harvest Salad experience wasn't what it used to be. I was really looking forward to the beet strips so much so that I asked for extra. Instead I got blue corn tortilla strips. I didn't look at it until I got home with it and the rest of the food. Very disappointing.

Walked my feet off at Pride today. Did my shift at the booth, said "Happy Pride" to a bunch of people, and then walked for a little over an hour checking out the fest. I did not reach the end of it. I did find out that there's a woman's rugby team in the city, so I might check them out at some point, as well as the roller derby gangs (two different teams were there.) Also received a flyer for an organization that accepts book donations which will be helpful with my New Year's cleaning.

The pre-season is officially over for the local team and if the past four games are any indication, it's going to be a looooooooooooooooooooong season. They scored five goals combined in all four games. They won zero. It's as if they'd been cursed by some recent stupid action that could be easily undone but hasn't yet. That's probably what it is.

Took mom out today to get some new chairs for the dining room. They don't really match, but they also don't have their backs falling off or their legs coming out, so that's good enough for me. We'll have something that the family can securely sit on the next time they come over.

Well, the LA Queens managed to pull it out tonight and take home the PWBL Championship. It was a good, though nervewracking game that wound up 2-0. It was the first shutout of the season and also the first complete game. And the defense all around was solid.

I really hope they are able to continue next year. I think it might be too early to think about expansion unless they branch out into 4 teams on the West Coast and 4 on the East Coast.

The mold count is horrible right now. I went tonight and got some more drugs and a new inhaler (my old one was about 3 years old and I'm not sure how effective it would be.) My throat feels a little sore right now which is never a good sign. Will this keep me from being outside? It will not.
