Of rabbits and such....
Jun. 25th, 2005 03:53 pmWorked this morning - blah! (Was up early beforehand, so had a quick look at the EN RPG... will go back there soon. Obsessed? Very likely.) My last overtime for a while, so Saturdays shall be free again! Yay! Money's good though, very helpful indeed. Shall help to pay for my obsessive need to go on the 'net, and most especially the RPG!
N1D turns 9 shortly. Her aunt brought her a rabbit today, an early present. N1D is totally thrilled! It's a New Zealand White, quite large, but very sweet. Seems to be very friendly and likes being handled, so a good choice. N2D is more animal friendly, so just as well this one's easy to handle, or N1D would have given up. Wilma (our cat) is about the same size, so while I don't trust her completely, don't think she's got a chance in hell in getting anywhere should she pounce! N2D will probably get a rabbit when it's her birthday too.
*Sigh* I must be trying to catch up with my childhood (Mum had 2 dogs and a cat & I had 2 rabbits and 4 guinea-pigs, all at once - the most animals we had at anyone time when I was growing up). Funny thing is, my sister has all the animals now - 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 rabbits, several ducks & chickens, and fantail pigeons! Mind you, she's got 10 acres of wilderness for them. I've got 612m squared, so not quite the same, eh?
Off I go... *walks from LJ to RPG*
