My five favourite erotic M/M moments from movies follow. Yes, there are others, but these are what spring to mind just now (by the way, I don’t vouch for the brilliance of the movie, esp #1, but the scenes are irresistible. Also forgive me if I’ve remembered lines or scenes wrongly – it’s been a while since I’ve seen some of them!). Any thoughts welcome, or if you have some other moments you enjoyed – or you want to tell me your five faves - please let me know. Always on the lookout for these slashy scenes!!!

Vincent D’Onofrio/Thomas Jane
Valentino (VO) starts to stroke Gary’s (TJ) hair as Gary is answering his first call as a phone sex operator in the booth he works from. Eventually the phone is dropped, forgotten, as they move into a prolonged sexy kiss.
Stubble to stubble, tongues, hair across the face, dirty fingernails, both very obviously MALE.
Neck kissing/biting later in the film, and a fun dance scene where Valentino’s girlfriend Marie-Carmen (Selma Hayek) gets sidelined as Gary moves onto the dance floor, shirtless, with them – very sexy!
2. Making Love
Harry Hamlin/Michael Ontkean
Zac (MO), a doctor, is at actor Bart’s (HH) place. They are discussing how actors have to have different “experiences” in order to accomplish their art. Bart finally admits he’s gay (Zac had figured this out already by the look in his eyes). Bart asks Zac “How about you?”. Zac insists “I’m married”. Bart says “Physician, heal thyself” and moves off to get something (more drinks?). Zac thinks for a moment, says “Bart?” then gets up and moves towards the other man. They kiss, then move into the bedroom to undress and kiss further.
Undressing each other, hands on each other’s bodies, slow and easy! Bare chest to bare chest – two big strong men!!!
3. Midnight Express
Brad Davis/Norbert Weisser
Billy (BD) and Erich (NW) are in a communal shower. Erich puts his hand on Billy’s – it’s by his side – and slowly moves his hand up Billy’s arm. They kiss, but Billy moves away and shakes his head No.
Great music (Georgio Moroder “Love Theme”), steamy sexy shower scene, despite the No at the end… What else can I say??? (Didn’t they read the bloody novel, bastard said yes in it!)
4. Maurice
James Wilby/Rupert Graves
Alec (RG) is waiting for Maurice (JW) at the boathouse. He’s sleeping on the floor (on cushions, blankets or something). Maurice arrives, Alec wakes up and says something sleepily (I forget what – does it matter? Extra points to anyone who can tell me!). Maurice reaches down and pulls Alec up into an embrace.
Don’t quite know why this does it for me – something to do with the angle of Alec’s body as he’s lifted up, perhaps. They don’t go much further than this as it’s the end of the film, but I find it erotic!
Other moments in bed, but nothing quite as sexy in my mind!
5. Interview With The Vampire
Brad Pitt/Tom Cruise
The pimp behind the prostitute he was with has attacked Louis (BP). Lestat (TC) kills the pro and the pimp; and Louis, drunk, falls down on his back, with neck and part of his chest nicely exposed (love that hollow just under the neck, slurp). Lestat leans over the other man, grasps hold of Louis and bites his neck, rising up into the air.
Neck biting!!! Does it need to have any other explanation?
The scene where Lestat offers to make Louis a vampire, and the scene where he does it, are also both very sexy. Oh, and the final scene between Louis and Armand (Antonio Banderas) where Louis “almost” kisses Armand before walking away – ooh, tension!!!
So there you have it. Fun huh? Hopefully someone else can come up with more, or agree with these! Maybe, just maybe, it’ll make you wanna race out & hire some of these films if you don’t know them.
