I'm WAY behind on everything again. Work is madness and home life just seems to have more things to do every day, which is not a bad thing, but it doesn't make writing or online time easy to find, but...

I'd love to invite you all along to 1_million_words, the comm I co-mod with kaige68, if you have writing time to spare and/or would like to take part in a really friendly, fun-loving, word-loving, graphics-loving, and encouraging place! Our membership is growing daily, and we've already cumulatively outdone the year's target of 1_million_words and are now aiming for TEN MILLION WORDS by the end of 2013, so come on over and play! There's no pressure, no imposed targets, no compulsory activities and absolutely no need to do anything unless you want to! Slash, het, gen; any and all fandoms; everyone's welcome! Check your dramas at the door and come in for while! ;-)

There's support, encouragement and resources on offer, and plenty of prompts and challenges, as well as fun and friendly people to share your fics and pics with!




Do pop in for a visit and browse the shelves; if there isn't anything you like there, feel free to walk away, but if you like the idea of contributing to the word pile we're making and/or you need inspiration to get onto creating fics and/or pics, perhaps you'll stay and join us. We'd love to have you. There is no downside! ;-)

PS: If you're already a member but haven't contributed yet (or for a while), come on back for a visit!  There's no shame in being busy.  Any and all words you've posted somewhere count, or if you're working on WIPs you don't want to post until they're done, that's all good too. Count them in our WIP count, and add them to the posted count in due course!
