Who wants to help us write a million words?

kaige68 and I were talking... as we do... and we're keen to write a million words this year!

Now obviously we cannot do this alone. I have decided my target for the year is 150K, so as she says, it leaves her with 850K. There's no way Kaige can get that far (she'd die trying though! ;-P), but for anyone who wants to join in, which includes motivating, cheerleading, betaing and all other writery things in order for a group of us to get to A MILLION WORDS in 2013, this is your chance to be involved! Any fandom, any writing you want to count; it's all on!

I will commit to 100,000 words. I can't promise more than that. (If I didn't have four classes this spring, I'd commit to more. But four classes is a lot of time - you know???)

I'm definitely tempted! The only thing is we have to post it somewhere, and the random project I started on yesterday is teacher stories, which I'm not sure I can share with anyone lol. But I am really excited about the teacher stories project for sure :) I am going to be writing at least 2 stories I could share for the people who won me in the Hurricane Sandy auction...

Oh please do join in! Every word counts, no matter how small an offer. And yes, your teacher stories are fine - you don't have to share everything, but we're definitely making a comm so people can share whatever they like! ;-)
